Technical Operations Manager

We are looking for a Technical Operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage technical and operational issues raised by customers and internal business teams. In addition, you will diagnose, troubleshoot and pivot technical and operational challenges at hand with product, data, and development teams. We are looking for a highly technical team member that will be able to own the support activity from end to end.

Responsibilities​

  • Understand the customer’s business, identify the customer’s pain points, and provide a tailored solution based on the product portfolio to address the customer’s needs
  • Research technical issues and identify potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback
  • Lead and execute technical aspects of 3rd party integrations as well as frontend integrations of the company products on customers’ webpages
  • Properly communicate and escalate customer’s requirements and unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (software developers and product)
  • Lead business and operational/technical discussions with external and internal customers
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues from customers on our products and platform, simultaneously

Requirements​

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager – MUST!
  • Familiarity with SQL & Excel – MUST!
  • Experience with HTTP protocol  – MUST!
  • Strong familiarity with website development tools and troubleshooting techniques
  • Basic Networking knowledge in the Internet environment (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Ability to lead a business discussion with customers while presenting performance trends and business goals
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows, dive deep into complex problems, and find their root cause
  • Interest and orientation in data, metrics, analysis, and trends and applying knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent English – written and spoken

Advantages

  • Experience in the online advertising industry – a big advantage
  • Software programming or shell script development experience
  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry, leading SSPs and DSPs platforms, and following protocols: vast, vpaid, RTB
