Business Development Manager

Rise is seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will recruit new publishers identify potential growth areas and manage the entire sales cycle inducing onboarding and initial analysis. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of success professionally and personally.

Responsibilities​

  • Lead sales cycle prospective accounts. This includes mapping web and In-app publishers, securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, developing the needs analysis, program, and presentation development, and closing the sale.
  • Developing new business relationships with relevant prospects to create mutually beneficial strategic alliances
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team goals aligned with the company’s needs.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business potential 
  • Establishing new markets for the company’s products or services.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech Ecosystem and familiarity with shifts and trends in the industry
  • Attend conferences and conduct face-to-face meetings with existing partners and new prospects

Requirements​

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales /BizDev Manager in the Adtech industry- MUST!
  • English Native- MUST!
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in the mobile app industry is an advantage.
