Design Team-Lead 

We are seeking a talented and versatile Brand Designer with a unique blend of skills in product design and data visualization. As part of our dynamic creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, crafting compelling visual narratives, and translating complex data into engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate possesses a strong balance of high design technique capabilities, design thinking prowess, and a deep understanding of product design and data visualization principles.

Responsibilities​

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Develop innovative design concepts that integrate product design elements seamlessly into our brand collateral, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand experience.
  • Create and maintain design assets, including but not limited to logos, typography, color palettes, illustrations, and layouts, that reflect our brand’s essence.
  • Translate abstract concepts into tangible design strategies, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and usability.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, contributing unique insights and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to infuse fresh ideas into our creative projects.
  • Collaborate with marketers, and developers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design guidelines, ensuring they encompass the intersection of product design and data visualization.

Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication-MUST!
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a brand designer-MUST!
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that demonstrate high design technique capabilities, design thinking skills, and expertise in product design and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Exceptional creativity and the ability to think critically, offering innovative design solutions that push boundaries.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning, staying up-to-date with design trends, and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on branding projects that involve both physical products and digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and animation for enhancing brand narratives.
  • Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) for effective collaboration with development teams.
