Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage technical and operational issues raised by customers and internal business teams. This will include research and resolving issues with the help of the development, product, data, and business teams. We are looking for a highly technical team member that will be able to own the support activity from end to end.

Responsibilities​

  • Understand the customer’s business, identify the customer’s pain points, and provide a tailored solution based on the product portfolio to address the customer’s needs
  • Research technical issues and identify potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback
  • Lead and execute technical aspects of 3rd party integrations as well as frontend integrations of the company products on customers’ webpages
  • Lead business and operational/technical discussions with external and internal customers

Requirements​

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Operations/Technical Support Engineer/Professional Services or a similar role – MUST!
  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript – MUST!
  • Familiarity with SQL and Excel – MUST!
  • Strong familiarity with website development tools and troubleshooting techniques
  • Basic Networking knowledge in the Internet environment (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS)
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows, dive deep into complex problems, and find their root cause
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Advantages
    • Familiarity with the AdTech industry, leading SSPs and DSPs platforms, and following protocols: vast, vpaid, RTB – big advantage
    • Software programming or shell script development experience
