We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage our Search activity partners – a relationship wizard with analytical skills. As such, you will be responsible for the success of our partners which includes the day to day managing the relationship, monitoring, technical analysis and optimization based on data and working towards quarterly targets.

The position also requires working with internal teams such as Product, R&D, Data, Operations and BI. We require an efficient, out of the box thinker that is willing and able to improve processes and develop creative solutions to implement internally, and enhance the workflow and business.

Responsibilities​

  • Managing top publishers of the Search monetization industry.
  • Onboard new partners while taking into account their technical and business needs.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, R&D, and BI teams to ensure the highest possible performance for your clients.
  • Analyzing, AB testing and optimizing the daily results to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Monitor traffic quality to ensure our highest standards and take actions to improve the quality of our network.
  • Responsible for maintaining, developing, and generating new business opportunities with existing partners (up/cross sell).
  • Manage client expectations at all levels 
  • Representing the activity at conferences and client-facing meetings

Requirements​

  • 1-2 years of Customer Success experience in the ad tech industry – MUST!
  • Excellent analytical skills – attention to details, ability to digest data and translate it into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a consultative approach to client needs
  • Native English or at least a very high English level
  • Business minded, creative and out-of-the box thinker
  • Independent, well organized and fast learner
  • Self-starter and able to influence others and hold others accountable for results.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Relevant experience as Product /Project Manager/ Operations
  • Technical orientation
  • Experience managing international clients
  • Previous experience in online advertising
