Business Development Team Lead

We are looking for a highly talented individual to fill the Business Development Team Lean EMEA to join our dynamic team. This role will help expand our footprint with leading publishers in several markets across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a successful record of selling SaaS platforms and advertising solutions in a B2B environment and will be experienced in managing sellers and adept at driving complex and strategic sales processes.


  • Help develop and refine go-to-market strategy and advice on product and commercial development according to regional needs
  • Lead, plan, and managed the entire sales cycle of the the EMEA region.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly planning in partnership with Sales and CSM leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, collaborating on strategic initiatives and aligning with higher management
  • Technical understanding of the products in the process of relevance and abilities.
  • Serve as an active member of the sales leadership team and build strong, collaborative relationships through the Sales, Marketing, CSM, Legal, Product, and Cross teams.
  • Increase market share and achieve new prospect targets
  • Exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create regional/segment business plans and innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape and industry trends


  • At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a team leader in business development roles in Adtech- MUST!
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience within the ad tech industry –MUST!
  • English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills- MUST
  • Extensive understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem -Advangate
  • Proven record in new business sales and converting leads into real business.
  • Creative thinking skills- Ability to find new ways to carry out new business, solve problems, and meet challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding new prospects’ goals and growth targets.
  • Outstanding project coordination and multitasking abilities, demonstrating adeptness in prioritization and effective task management during a complex sales cycle
  • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
