Business & Partnerships Manager – EMEA

Rise is looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team. You will be managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts. In addition, you will work on developing new business opportunities in existing markets and developing new markets.

Responsibilities​

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, hands-on work with prospects, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for the company’s products or services
  • Managing existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
  • Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders
  • Establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial strategic alliances
  • Attend conferences and conduct face-to-face meetings with existing partners and new prospects.

Requirements​

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales /Partnership Manager in the Adtech industry- MUST!
  • English Native- MUST!
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in the mobile app industry- advantage.
