Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join Rise’s product team, and manage our advertising delivery systems. The ideal candidate exhibits high expertise in managing the whole lifecycle of products and high competence in B2B SaaS platforms. Ultimately, we are seeking an exceptional communicator, with a captivating, compelling personality, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities​

  • Manage complicated products and infrastructure, in terms of functionality, data, and performance.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives.
  • Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Solve business problems and provide clear and analytically-supported solutions
  • Monitor the progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Work closely with engineering to define, develop, and launch new capabilities, features, flows, and products.

Requirements​

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in AdTECH products management, exclusively in the online advertising industry – MUST!
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms – MUST!
  • BS degree in CS/Engineering or a strong technical background.
  • Solid track record of product management experience and demonstrated success in bringing commercially viable products to market.
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements from different stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Ability to explain complex requirements in simple words (both written and verbal).
  • Innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
