Account & Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account & Campaign Manager who is also a performance-oriented media expert, to oversee our Search Arbitrage activity partners. We’re looking for a relationship wizard with a proven track record in campaign management across multiple platforms to excel in this key role. As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Search Arbitrage partners through ongoing relationship management, whilst leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the platform’s algorithms, features, and targeting options to provide strategic insights to our partners.


  • Manage and nurture relationships with our Search activity partners on a day-to-day basis.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize partner performance to drive mutual success and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for partners.
  • Represent our activity in international conferences and client-facing meetings, showcasing our offerings and value proposition.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and proactively engage with prospects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Managing paid campaigns on Social and/or Native platforms.
  • Execute strategic media buying initiatives for the Search Department, with a primary focus on search feeds such as Bing and Yahoo.
  • Optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.


  • 2+ years of Campaign Management in (at least) one of the following markets: content marketing, search arbitrage, performance marketing, display to search – MUST
  • Demonstrated experience in Partnership Management in the Adtech industry- MUST! 
  • 2+ years of hands-on campaign management experience on major platforms – Google ads, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok- MUST!
  • Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and business measurements (CPC/CPM/CPA/CPC/CPI etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess partner performance and optimize strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a native-level proficiency in English
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage with relevant stakeholders and build lasting relationships
  • Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and extract insights from meetings/calls.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally to conferences and customer meetings as required.
