Junior Controller

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Controller. As Controller, you will take a key role in our finance organization and be instrumental in the success of our accounting and reporting processes. The ideal candidate is a financial professional who can translate numbers into business needs and recognize business threats, has a self-motivated character, loves to take on challenging tasks, works with a proactive approach, and enjoys working in a multinational sphere.

Responsibilities​

  • Prepare the budget and forecasting using various data sources.
  • Prepare and analyze actual vs. budget reports on a monthly basis, and provide insights and added value.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closings processes.
  • Prepare the annual and quarterly financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Prepare the annual tax report in accordance with Israeli tax laws.
  • Assist in implementing and documenting internal controls, new processes, and policies in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks, as necessary.

Requirements​

  • 1-2 years relevant experience after the internship – MUST!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA – MUST! 
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Excel – MUST! 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, independence, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. 
  • Excellent organizational, management, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • NetSuite experience – Advantage
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience – Advantage
