Director of Growth

As the Director of Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping the future growth trajectory of our Search team. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with analytical insights to enhance our market presence and foster sustainable growth.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the search/ ad tech industry,  coupled with expertise in team management and cultivating strategic relationships.

 

Responsibilities​

  • Oversee, develop, and expand the growth of our search business unit, solidifying our position as a dominant player in the industry.
  • Ensure aggressive revenue targets are met through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead a high-performing multi-functional team that includes business, Strategic partnerships, & Technical Product and Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with C-level executives to craft growth and business strategies.
  • Manage top strategic relationships, steering partnership and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor data from a high-level perspective, using statistical techniques to interpret data and communicate data, patterns, and trends to team members, partners, and clients, identify abnormal performances, and areas for optimization
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to decide on priorities, potential opportunities, and strategic reviews, in order to realize the overall goals.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, and HR in all aspects of the Search Business Unit. 

 

Requirements​

  • At least 4+ years of proven experience within the ad tech industry – Search Industry preferred – MUST!
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen with a “can do” and results-driven approach
  • Hands-on, customer-first focus.
  • Effectively manage issues. 
  • Fluent English.
