Business Development & Partnership Manager

Rise is looking for a Business Development & Partnership Manager to manage our Search activity partners – a relationship wizard with analytical skills. This is a key position responsible for the success of our partners which includes the day-to-day conducting of the relationship, monitoring, technical analysis, and optimization based on data and working towards quarterly targets. The ideal candidate will be in charge of identifying prospects, pitching and building relationships, negotiating and close deals, with creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities​

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers while building strong, long-lasting relationships and managing top of the Search monetization industry.
  • Analyze and optimize product performance by communicating details of campaign deployment.
  • Create presentations, forecasts, and growth plans.
  • Business research of our competitors’ partnerships, creating long terms partnerships, and upselling budgets and business opportunities.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to hit quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, R&D, and BI teams to ensure the highest possible performance for your clients.
  • Representing the activity at conferences and client-facing meetings.
  • Lead, plan, and manage the entire sales cycle of the company.
  • Creating long terms partnerships and upselling budgets and business opportunities.

Requirements​

  • 1-2 years of Customer Success experience in the ad tech industry- is a MUST!
  • A combination of strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and technical orientation.
  • Fluent English – written and spoken.
  • Business and sales mind, creative, out-of-the-box thinker, with a consultative approach to client needs.
  • Self-starter and able to influence others and hold others accountable for results.
  • Experience managing international clients and in online advertising – Advantage.
  • Relevant experience as Product /Project Manager/ Operations – Advantage.
