Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly talented individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. Has to be a people person – sales-oriented with a clear understanding of publishers’ needs. The ideal candidate will be in charge of identifying prospects, pitching and building relationships, negotiating and close deals, with creative thinking skills. In addition, the candidate will be representing our activities in summits & client-facing meetings that will require high levels of English & presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for building a pipeline and closing partnership deals with online publishers.
  • Lead, plan and manage the entire sales cycle of the company
  • Use inbound leads to build a relationship with the prospects
  • Technical understanding of the products in the process of relevance and abilities.
  • Exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Business research of our competitors’ partnerships, work methods, and relevant information.
  • Identify market opportunities leveraging Rise’s capabilities
  • Creating long terms partnerships and upselling budgets and business opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of proven work experience in a similar role in Adtech
  • Proven record in new business sales and converting leads into real business
  • Sales-oriented and highly motivated – Previous experience successfully signing deals, driving revenue through prospecting, pitching, negotiating and renewing business with mid-tier & premium digital publishers     
  • Creative thinking skills- Ability to find new ways to carry out new business, solve problems, and meet challenges  
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High English level – Native english Advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal and target-oriented executor that desires to be a key contributor and strong team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to build relationships with prospects
