Back-End Developer

We are looking for a talented developer to join our R&D group. As a part of the team, you will participate in designing and building our next-generation cloud-based solutions. You will face challenges of performance, scalability, and availability, all of them in multi-cloud, multi-region environments with the newest services and tools. Additionally, our team is data-oriented and controls the data flow and data science infrastructure. You will have a direct impact on the business logic of one of the company’s major products.

Responsibilities​

  • You will use the latest technology and manage our high-performance, high-scale infrastructure on top of AWS and Google Cloud resources using multiple 3rd party modern development tools, such as Golang stack, Docker containers, Redis, Kubernetes, etc.
  • You will work in an extremely agile team and dynamic environment, with multiple interfaces.
  • Participate in our service development and cloud-based environments within R&D.
  • Take part in infrastructure and system design.
  • Ensure proper security, monitoring, alerting, and reporting for our backend applications.
  • Work closely with product, QA, and BI & data science teams.

Requirements​

  • 2 years of experience with server-side programming languages- MUST!
  • 1 year of experience with Linux operating system.
  • Experience with Databases (SQL, Redis)
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently. “Can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Advantages

  • Deep understanding of Golang.
  • Experience with infrastructure & automation tools: Docker, Datadog, GitHub.
  • Experience with automated deployment methods / continuous integration.
  • Passion for clean code, design patterns and coding standards.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and modern system design principles (preferred AWS or GCP).
